Hanna and the others were great about explaining the car, its features, all of its digital screens, and the financing options. I was concerned about all the technology but this being my third Equinox, I knew the basics. I was, however, disappointed that no one told me I would not be able to sync my car to my garage door opener until a software issue could be resolved. It would have saved me time and frustration trying to locate the right screen. Hanna said it would be resolved in the first quarter of 2025. I am disappointed it will take that long. Having said all of that, I do love my new Activ.
