Confirmed Service Customer
Making an online appointment was a bit difficult to set the exact reason for the appointment. Setting up the date and time online was fine, just the reason was difficult. I was out of state and needed an oil change. I was very happy to get an early appointment the next business day. I got right in as scheduled and my vehicle was ready when promised. The waiting area was stocked and clean. My dog was with me (because we were traveling) and he laid down in the waiting area with no problems.
