When I dropped my vehicle off, I asked for the windshield wipers to be looked at because they were full of fluid, but were not spraying anything. The man who checked me in thought it was probably the pump. He wrote $179 on his iPad. I thought that was the quote of what it was going to be to fix it if that was what needed to be fixed so I signed it. After having my vehicle for a few hours, they called me and told me it was the pump and that it was going to be $366 to fix. I was floored. I thought no way, my husband can do that if its going to cost that much. I didnt realize until after I had gotten home that they still charged me the $179. The person who called me to tell me it was going to be $366 to fix never said that they were charging $179 to me regardless and that it wouldve been an extra $187 to fix above what I was already going to be paying. Needless to say, my husband fixed it, and I was left feeling like I got totally ripped off in that whole situation.
