That's to the team for taking care of a problem from previous chevrolet dealership that lead to transmission fluid leakage which was after paying for another transmission inspection lead to Wisconsin Chevy finding and fixing the problem which I'm thankful for.

Blake was helpful and knowledgeable on the Equinox EV as he said he owns one too, but I urge him to use that one pedal driving, I found it to be super cool and a ton of fun.

Arrived was greeted quickly person knew I was coming in and got my info. Was on my way back home in a matter of minutes. Didn���t take long for service all was sent online. One difficulty was hearing service tech going through the video. Too much background noise. Guessing no one listening to that.

The sales staff was my idea of the perfect experience - no sales staff tripping over one another to get to the customer first. The receptionist took us to Blake Kes��� office, where we were introduced to a very professional, yet personable, person. Blake was informative, great on follow up, courteous and strived to find us the exact vehicle we wanted. During our several visits to Bergstrom, we met two sales managers who stepped into Blake���s office to introduce themselves. Both were delightful people, who showed interest in the customer���s experience at Bergstrom. Rather than put pressure on us to buy something, they all worked together to find us what we wanted to buy and made it happen. Blake has followed up with us after we picked up our 2025 Silverado truck to see if we had any questions. He reiterated the staff was there for us if we needed any help. We could not be more pleased.
